General Info

Description

Neurobion Forte® Injection is produced by Merck. Neurobion Forte® Injection contains Mecobalamin, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride as active ingredients.

Mecobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12. It helps important enzymes involved in energy production from fats and proteins and hemoglobin formation.Mecobalamin is known to increase production and development of red blood cells by the bone marrow.

Nicotinamide is a component of two coenzymes, which stimulates tissue respiration, lipid, amino acid, protein, and purine metabolism. Nicotinamide decreases blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoproteins (LDL).

Pyridoxine or Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin used to treat Vitamin B6 deficiency. Pyridoxine is essential for protein and glucose metabolism, as well as in the producing of hemoglobin.
